The Louisiana Armed Forces Widows' Homestead Exemption Amendment, also known as Amendment 15, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed a 5 year homestead exemption for the widows of deceased service members who served in Korea or Viet Nam.[1]
