The Louisiana Baton Rouge Airport Amendment, also known as Amendment 8, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to create the Greater Baton Rouge Airport Authority to construct airport facilities.[1]
