The Louisiana Board of Institutions Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to remove the constitutional provisions that established the Louisiana Board of Institutions.[1]
