The Louisiana Firemen's Pension Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 47, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed regulations related to the pension funds for firemen in cities with a population between 15,000 and 30,000 people.[1]
