The Louisiana Justice of the Peace Courts Amendment, also known as Amendment 30, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed to increase the amount in question for a matter in the justice of the peace courts to 300 dollars.[1]
