The Louisiana License Tax Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 7, 1989, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to raise the fee for automobile licenses by at least $7. This fee would be dedicated for use on highways.[1][2]
