The Louisiana Publication of Proposed Amendments Amendment, also known as Amendment 12, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It stated that all proposed constitutional amendments should be published in the official journal of each state parish.[1]
