The Louisiana Veterans' Additional Homestead Exemption Amendment, also known as Amendment 14, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed an additional 5 year homestead exemption for veterans and to extend the exemption to veterans who served in the Viet Nam conflict.[1]
