Lucinda Masterton was a judge of the Kentucky 22nd Circuit Court Family Court 5th Division. She assumed office in 2007. She left office on January 2, 2023.

Biography

Education

Masterton received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law.[1]

Career

Before she became a judge, Masterton served as a bankruptcy trustee for the Eastern District of Kentucky from 1989 to 2006. She has also previously worked as an attorney in private practice both in Kentucky and West Virginia.[2]
