Maitland City Amendment 10: Councilmember Forfeiture was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Orange County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended the Maitland City Charter to establish that a Councilmember must relinquish his or her office if he or she be convicted of driving under the influence, public intoxication, theft or prostitution.[1]
