Maitland City Amendment 24: Office Residency Requirement was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Orange County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended the Maitland City Charter to require that any candidate for Mayor or City Council must be a resident in the City for at least six months before running for office.[1]
