Maitland City Amendment 27: Initiative/Referendum Petition Text Inclusion was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Orange County, which is in Florida.

“ | Shall the Maitland Charter be amended to require that each signature page of a petition for initiative or referendum contain the full text of the ordinance proposed or sought to be reconsidered in order to ensure that the person executing the petition is provided with the full as opposed to partial text of such?[1][2] | ” |
