Maria Woodman
Maria Woodman is a judge of the Maine District Courts. She was appointed by Gov. Paul LePage (R) on October 5, 2015, and her appointment was confirmed by the Maine State Legislature Judiciary Committee in December 2015.[1][2] Woodman previously served as a family court magistrate from 2012 to 2015.[3]
Education
Woodman earned her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and her J.D. from American University.[1]
Career
Woodman was an assistant district attorney in New York from 1999 to 2003. She later worked as an assistant district attorney with the Maine Division of Child Support and the Maine Care Crimes Unit from 2003 to 2010.[1]
