Mary Ann Bearden was the Presiding Judge on the Lane County Circuit Court in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Lane County and is located within the 2nd Judicial District. Bearden joined the court in 1998 and retired from the court on April 1, 2012.[1][2]
Education
Judge Bearden received her Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University and her J.D.[3]
Career
Bearden was appointed to the Lane County Circuit Court in 1998. Before becoming a judge, Bearden served as a trial lawyer in Eugene.[1]
2010 election

Bearden was re-elected in 2010 after running unopposed. She received 98.88% of the vote.[4]
