Mary Ellen Perkins is a magistrate judge of the Fifth District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in August of 2001 to serve Guthrie County.[1]

Biography and Education

Perkins received her undergraduate and law degrees from Drake University in 1985 and 1987, respectively. She is now married and has two children and two grandchildren.

Career

Perkins has worked as a private practice lawyer since 1987.[1]
