Mary Pat Gunderson

Mary Pat Gunderson is a judge of the Fifth District of Iowa.[1] Her current term expires in 2018.
Education
Gunderson received her bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego in 1984 and her law degree from the University of Iowa in 1988.[1]
Career
Gunderson worked as an assistant Polk County attorney from 1989 to 1997. She then worked as the secretary of the Iowa State Senate for approximately one year. She was appointed to serve as a magistrate for Polk County on August 1, 2005.[1]
2012 election
Gunderson was retained in the general election on November 6, winning 79.40% of the vote.[2][3]
