The Maryland Compensation for State Attorneys Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure regulated the compensation and expenses for the Baltimore State's Attorney as well as for his deputy and assistants.[1][2]
