Maryland Parking Facility Bond Payment, Question 17 (1976)

The Maryland Parking Facility Bond Payment Amendment, also known as Question 17, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the mayor and city council of Baltimore to pledge revenue from parking fees for the payment of revenue bonds issued in connection with parking facilities to be owned by the mayor and city council.[1]
