Matthew R. Harvey is a judge on the Adams County Magisterial District in Adams County, Pennsylvania. He was elected on November 5, 2013.[1][2][3]
2013 election
Harvey ran for election to the Adams County Magisterial District.
Primary: He received 46.6 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013, defeating Kevin Robinson, Carol Loftus Miller, and Tracy M. Sheffer. He cross-filed as a Democrat but was defeated in that primary.
General: He defeated Tracy M. Sheffer in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 53.5 percent of the vote.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Education
Harvey earned a B.S. in criminal justice from Shippensburg University in 1995 and diplomas from the Baltimore County Police Academy and Harrisburg Area Community College in 1996.[7]
