McEvers appointed to East Central Judicial District

Fargo, North Dakota: Lisa Fair McEvers, a former Cass County prosecutor, was appointed to the North Dakota East Central Judicial District. She will replace Judge Georgia Dawson, who is retiring on September 1, 2010.
