A Medford City Aquatic Facilities Bond measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Jackson County, which is in Oregon, where it was defeated.
It granted to the city of Medford the authority to levy bonds for up to $14.5 million in order to construct pools at Hawthorne Park and Jackson Park.[1]

Language on the ballot:
“ | Shall Medford issue up to $14,500,000 in general obligation bonds to pay for capital construction to City aquatic facilities? If the bonds are approved, they will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of sections 11 and 11b, Article XI of the Oregon Constitution.[1][2] | ” |
