The question on the ballot:
The Board of Directors of Methow Valley School District No. 350 adopted Resolution No. 02-04-12, concerning a proposition to finance health, safety and energy efficiency improvements. This proposition would authorize the District to make District-wide health, safety and energy efficiency improvements (including upgrading and improving HVAC, lighting, electrical, mechanical, irrigation and fire suppression systems); issue no more than $1,850,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 02-04-12.[3] |
