“ | Shall the Metro North Fire Protection District of St. Louis County, Missouri, incur an indebtedness of the District in the amount of One Million Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($1,575,000) and issue the bonds of said District in evidence thereof for the purpose of purchasing real property, constructing, equipping and maintaining fire stations and purchasing fire protection and fire-fighting apparatus and auxiliary equipment therefore? | ” |
