Michael V. Cresitello, Jr. is a judge on the Vicinage 8 Superior Court in New Jersey. He was appointed by Governor Chris Christie in January 2014 and will be up for reappointment in 2021.[1]
Education
Cresitello received a B.S. from the University of Scranton in 1989 and a J.D. from Quinnipiac School of Law in 1994.[2]
Career
Cresitello was an attorney at the law office of DiFrancesco, Bateman. He has served as special counsel and prosecutor for the town of Randolph. He was also the planning board attorney for Old Bridge, Clark and Berkeley Heights. Most recently, he was the attorney for the Borough of Middlesex, and COAH counsel for Berkeley Heights.[2]
