My goals would include the County Board of Education to help our Schools deliver new services and curriculms to help our kids have sustainable career opportunities. Recent statistics show that the average person may change their careers several times during their working years, and we must deliver the skills of lifetime learning to our children. Jobs that now considered indispensable did not exist two decades ago. We must also not forget that not every child is suited for a college degree there are numerous careers needed for a healthy society that do not need a college degree but still require apprenticeships at a living wage. Many of the common issues facing every City and School District must be solved by cooperation among leaders, no matter who gets the credit.
I am honored to have the endorsement from many revered leaders in San Mateo County including, Jackie Speier, Kevin Mullin, and Anna Eshoo from the US Congress. I have been endorsed by many organizations such as San Mateo Labor Council, Classified School Employees Association- School Safety
- Career Sustainability for our kids. Average person changes jobs several times while working students must have the skills to learn those jobs in the future.
- Increase the County Office of Education as a resource for School Districts in the County
The County Office of Education must be a resource for improving curriculums and support for new initiatives for our schools
Congressman Kevin Mullin
Congresswoman Anna Eshoo
San Mateo Labor Council
Classified School Employees Association (CSEA)
