The Montana Administration of Gifts Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the acceptance and administration of gifts, trusts, etc to the state.[1]
