Montana Supreme Court makes dockets available online

Montana: From now on individuals looking for information on Montana Supreme Court dockets will have a much easier time due to their new availability online. A Supreme Court Clerk, Ed Smith, says that the online docket will be updated every seven minutes. Anyone looking to locate these dockets should go to http://www.courts.mt.gov/ and navigate to a tab labeled 'Docket', and can, from there, search for cases by a number of different criteria.[1]
