Nedonna Rural Fire District Levy Enactment Measure 29-121 (November 2009)
The Nedonna Rural Fire District Levy Enactment Measure 29-121 was on the November 3 ballot in Tillamook County for the voters in the Nedonna Fire District.
The measure sought to enact a levy of 12 cents on local property in order to fund the fire facility. At the time there was a local option levy, but it expires on July 30 2010, so this tax, if approved, would be enacted as of July 1, 2010. The fire district relies on this tax solely for its funding.[1]
