New Juvenile Court judge appointed in Williamson County

Tennessee: This week, Sharon Guffee was unanimously approved by the Williamson County Commission for a position on the county's Juvenile Court. The position is effective January 1, 2013 and the term expires in 2014. If Guffee wishes to continue serving, she will need to run for the seat in the 2014 election.[1]
Guffee has served as a Magistrate on the court since 2004. She started out serving part-time, then worked full-time for the past five years. Guffee has diverse experience in the legal profession, having worked both in private practice and the Twenty First Judicial District.[1]
