The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 11, Voter Qualification, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 11, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment to address voter qualification.[1]
