New Nebraska magistrate judge takes office
January 15, 2010
Lincoln, Nebraska: Cheryl Renae Zwart became the new federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska on January 15, 2010. She will replace David Piester, who retired in August of 2009, and will serve an 8-year renewable term.[1]
