New judge appointed to the New York Appellate Division

Albany, New York: On January 7, 2010, Gov. Paterson appointed Justice Stephen K. Lindley to fill a vacancy on the Fourth Department of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. Lindley previously served as a Justice on the Supreme Court of the State of New York.^[1]^[2]
