Newest NH Superior Court Judge John Kissinger sworn in to office

Concord, New Hampshire: On Thursday, June 19, Judge John Kissinger wil be sworn in as New Hampshire's newest Superior Court judge. Kissinger is currently a trial lawyer at Nelson, Kinder & Mousseau and worked as a senior assistant state's attorney in the homicide office prior to private practice. He attended Georgetown U. for his bachelor's and legal degrees, graduating in 1987 and 1990 respectively.[1] In an interview with the press, Kissinger commented on his new post, stating, "I think it's helpful to have a background in understanding the criminal process and having served as a prosecutor. I think that will benefit me as a Superior Court judge." He was unanimously approved by the Executive Council.[2]
