The North Dakota Aviation Fuel Tax Referendum, also known as Amendment 4, was on the June 28, 1960 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1][2] The measure allowed for the revenue from aviation fuel taxes to be used for purposes beyond funding public highways.[3]
