North Dakota Daily Passenger-Freight Train Requirements, Initiative 5 (1964)

The North Dakota Daily Passenger-Freight Train Requirements Initiative, also known as Initiative 5, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1][2] The measure would have required railroad corporations to move over each of its line of road each way on every business day of the year at least one scheduled local mixed freight and passenger train.[3]
