The North Dakota Dedicated Revenue Bonds Referendum, also known as Number 2, was on the September 3, 1968 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1][2] The measure would have allowed the issuance of dedicated revenue bonds by political subdivisions of the state and providing for the methods for repayment of such bonds.[3]
