The North Dakota Dickinson Normal School Referendum, also known as Amendment to Section 216 Dickinson Normal School, was on the November , 7 1916 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure created the Dickinson Normal School.[2][3]
