The North Dakota Hospital for the Insane Referendum, also known as Amendment to Section 216 Second Hospital for the Insane, was on the November , 7 1916 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure provided for the establishment of a new "hospital for the insane." The location for the hospital was not stated in the measure.[2]
