North Dakota Judicial Districts Referendum (1919)

The North Dakota Judicial Districts Referendum, also known as House Bill 124, was on the June 26, 1919 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was approved.[1] The measure created the North Dakota District Court system. It established six districts, the methods for electing justices for each district and salaries for the justices.[2]
