By Megan Busse
OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma:Oklahoma City judge, Robert Bacharach, has been renominated by President Obama for the Federal Appeals Court. In 2012, Republicans blocked a vote on Bacharach’s appointment, leading to his renomination in the 113th Congress. Oklahoma’s Senators, Tom Coburn and Jim Inhofe, support Bacharach’s appointment to the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.[1]
