An Omro School District Bond Measure was on the July 12, 2011 ballot in the Omro school district area which is in both Waushara and Winnebago Counties.
This measure was approved
This measure seeks to issue a bond in the amount of $1 million in order to help pay for facility and maintenance improvements in the district. The bond would be distributed over a period of ten years.[1] If approved, the bond would add a tax of approximately $.09 per $1,000 of assessed property tax to local property taxes in the district.[2]
This measure was voted on in April 5, 2011 but was defeated by voters.
