Oregon: The Oregon Supreme Court has reversed a 2006 aggravated murder conviction against Petronilo Lopez Minjarez due to the jury having received incorrect instruction on the accomplice liability law. The jury instruction came from the Uniform Civil and Criminal Jury Instructions yet the court found the instructions stated the law incorrectly. The case will be sent back to be reviewed by a lower court.[1]
