Paul H. Millin is a senior judge of the Warren-Forest County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Millin was appointed to the court in November of 1994 by former Governor Robert P. Casey, Sr. In 1995, he was elected to the court for a 10-year term. He retired and became a senior judge in 2006.

Education

Millin earned his undergraduate degree from Maryville College and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.[2]
