Paula Brownhill was a judge on the Clatsop County Circuit Court in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Clatsop County and is located within the 18th Judicial District.[1] Brownhill was appointed to the court on November 1, 1994.[2][3] She retired in November 2019.[4]

Brownhill ran for re-election to the Oregon Circuit Court, 18th Judicial District. She was elected without opposition in the primary on May 20, 2014.[5][6]
Education
Brownhill earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Oregon. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.[2]
Career
Brownhill served as an attorney in private practice prior to her 1994 appointment.[3]
