Phil Seay is a judge on the Circuit 30 court in Alabama. He was appointed by Governor Robert Bentley in 2011 to succeed Charles Robinson. His term expires in 2018.[1]
Career
Seay was appointed to the Circuit 30 Court in 2011. Before that, he served as a district judge for St. Clair County from 2005 to 2011.[1]
