Philip A. Lozano
Philip A. Lozano ran for judge on the Delaware County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania in 2011.
2011 election
Lozano won the Democratic party primary on May 17. He received 60.2% in the Democratic primary and 21% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He was defeated by Robert R. Burke in the general election, receiving only 39.6% of the vote.[2]

Lozano earned his undergraduate degree from Franciscan University and his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasely School of Law.[3]
