Three Pleasant Valley Alcohol Merchant Fee Ordinance measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the city of Pleasant Valley which is in Clay County.
All three measures were approved[1]
The three Pleasant Valley propositions sought to set annual fees for different manufacturers set at different rates depending on the amount of space they take up within the city.[2]
