Two Public Water Supply Districts Bond Measures were on the April 6, 2010 ballot in the two water supply districts in Cass County.
Both measures were approved
The first public water supply district, number 11 sought to create a bond in the amount of $2,500,000 in order to help extend and improve the water works system as well as general operational costs associated with the district.
The first public water supply district, number 12 sought to create a bond in the amount of $2,000,000 in order to help extend and improve the water works system as well as paying off interest in loans.[1]
