Replacement sought for former Justice Court Judge Beesley

Harrisville, Utah: There is an open position on the Harrisville Justice Court (2nd Judicial District) due to the retirement of Judge James L. Beesley on June 30, 2010. The Weber County Nominating Commission will select at least three names to send to the Harrisville Mayor, Richard Hendrix, who will appoint the new judge. The appointment is subject to confirmation by the Harrisville City Council and certification by the Utah Judicial Council. The deadline for applicants is July 26, 2010 at 5 p.m.[1]
