The Rhode Island Blackstone Valley District Commission, Bond Proposal 2 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 4, 1986, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $17.2 million in bonds for the Blackstone Valley District Commission.[1]
